Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund Policy In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other relevant laws, users may withdraw their subscription (purchase) without any separate fee or penalty within 7 days from the later of the date of purchase of the paid content or the date the content became available for use. However, in any of the following cases, the right of withdrawal may be restricted in accordance with relevant laws. 1. Paid content that is used or applied immediately upon purchase 2. Cases where additional benefits (such as bonus items) were provided and those benefits have already been used 3. Cases where part or all of the content has been used or consumed 4. Time-limited content whose value diminishes over time 5. Cases where part of a product sold as a package has been used 6. Other cases specified as grounds for restriction of withdrawal under relevant laws When a user requests withdrawal, the Company may request additional information within the scope necessary to verify the payment history, and where a legitimate reason is confirmed, the Company will proceed with the refund process without delay. In principle, withdrawal and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the platform through which the payment was made (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.), and must be requested through that platform. Refunds may be restricted or denied in accordance with the platform's policies, in which case the Company follows the platform's policies. If a minor has purchased paid content without the consent of a legal guardian, the contract may be canceled in accordance with relevant laws, and for this purpose the Company may request the submission of necessary supporting documents. Matters not specified in this notice shall be governed by relevant laws and the policies of each platform operator. ■ Contact - Business name: Stormdog (Stormdog Games) / Representative: Kim Minkyoung - Business registration number: 759-48-01011 - Email: yuopuky@stormdoggames.com This notice takes effect from July 1, 2024.
